Abbas Yazdani, chief executive officer of Artel Inc., (left) was named the 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Greater Washington in the government IT category. Yazdani was presented the award June 23 at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner hotel in McLean. Va.
