Accenture Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda, won a contract from Ohio for $84.7 million and three and one-half years to design and implement a statewide enterprise resource planning solution integrating financial, human resources and payroll operations.

Analysis Corp., Fairfax, Va., won a $3.7 million, five-year contract from the State Department to provide security-related information to embassies, consulates and border security officers.

Anteon International Corp., Fairfax, Va., won a $10.6 million, five-year contract from the Army for scientific and technical support services for the Military Operational Medicine Research Program.

BearingPoint Inc., McLean, Va., won a $55.8 million, five-year contract from the Navy to support the service's strategic sourcing program. 

Computer Sciences Corp. won a $230 million, 10-year NASA contract to provide administrative, financial, human resources and procurement support services to employees, applicants, contractors and university partners at the new NASA Shared Services Center at Stennis Space Center, Miss. 

Harris Corp. of Melbourne, Fla., won a $35 million contract modification from the Federal Aviation Administration to upgrade the voice communications displays used by air traffic controllers.

IBM Business Consulting Services, Fairfax, Va., won a contract worth up to $100 million over five years from the Navy to help develop standardized financial reporting processes, identify department deficiencies and design new processes to ensure audit compliance.

Identix Inc., Minnetonka, Minn., won a $14 million, seven-year contract from Missouri to schedule, collect and submit electronic fingerprint images and demographic information from applicants throughout Missouri for employment, child protection and licensing.

L-3 Communications Inc. of New York won a $250 million, five-year contract from the Transportation Security Administration to maintain explosive detection and X-ray systems at airport checkpoints.

ManTech International Corp., Fairfax, Va., won two task orders totaling $19 million from the Army for systems integration services. Under the first task order, worth $10 million, ManTech will provide services to the Army Space and Missile Defense Battle Lab at Schriever Air Force Base in Falcon, Colo. Under the second task order, worth $9 million, ManTech is upgrading the Defense Information Systems Agency's Joint Tack Force Global Network Operations center and combat support area. 

Milvets Systems Technology Inc., Lanham, Md., won a $1.6 million, five-year contract from the Social Security Administration for customized development services to make applications Section 508-compliant.  

ObjectVideo Inc., Reston, Va., won two contracts worth $3.2 million over three years from the Homeland Security advanced Research Project Agency to develop next-generation capabilities for intelligent video surveillance systems. 

Qwest Communications International Inc., Denver, won a $19 million, nine-year and five-month subcontract from Lockheed Martin Corp. under the Housing and Urban Development Department's IT Services contract to provide its iQ Networking services to HUD.

Science Applications International Corp., San Diego, won a $219.2 million, 12-year Air Force contract for systems engineering and integration support for the Joint Mission Planning System.

Space Coast Launch Services LLC, a Computer Sciences Corp.-led joint venture with Shaw Group Inc., won a $335 million, 10-year and five-month contract from the Air Force to provide space command operations, maintenance and sustainment support to the 45th Space Wing for unmanned space vehicle launches.

SRA International Inc., Fairfax, Va., won a $12.7 million, five-year task order to provide information assurance services to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Titan Corp. of San Diego won a $19.9 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command to help procure engineering and technical services for the Navy's Total Ship Training Systems program.
