RSIS makes management changes

RS Information Systems Inc. in McLean, Va., has realigned its senior management with majority owner and co-founder Rodney Hunt assuming the role of chief operating officer. Hunt is also the company's CEO and president.

The COO position opened up when co-founder W. Scott Amey retired. Hunt and part-owner Ron Trowbridge, who was recently elevated to executive vice president, now are the sole RSIS stockholders.

RSIS is a privately held, African American-owned company with 2004 revenue of more than $315 million, company officials said. RSIS employs nearly 1,800 people.
