Ex-DOD execs advise Data Systems

Data Systems Analysts Inc. has launched a federal advisory board and named two former high-ranking Defense Department officials as members.

David Borland, former deputy chief information officer for the Army, and Edward Hart, former deputy director of information security for the National Security Agency, join Tom Hewitt, founder of Federal Sources Inc. of McLean, Va., as new board members.

The Pennsauken, N.J., company's federal advisory board will assist in reviewing DSA's strategic business plan and help develop ways to improve technology delivery to agencies, the company said.
