The 12 vendors are: Access Systems Inc., Knoxville, Tenn.; BAE Systems Plc, Farnborough, U.K.; CGI Group Inc., Montreal; Computer Sciences Corp.; General Dynamics Corp.; Intellidyne LLC, Falls Church, Va.; Keane Federal Systems Inc., Rockville, Md.; Lockheed Martin Corp., Bethesda, Md.; Northrop Grumman Corp., Los Angeles; Pragmatics Inc., McLean, Va.; SRA International Inc., Fairfax, Va.; and Unisys Corp.
