Anteon wins $120M Navy warfare systems support contract

Anteon International Corp. won a five-year, $120 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command to support the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems.

Anteon International Corp. won a five-year contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command to support the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems.

The contract is worth about $120 million if all options are exercised, according to officials of the Fairfax, Va., company.

Under the contract, Anteon will provide systems acquisition, business and financial management and configuration management support for joint forces, Navy and international combat systems.

Anteon works with almost every major program within the Naval Sea Systems Command, according to Joseph M. Kampf, Anteon's president and chief executive officer. The company's work under this new contract will result in enterprisewide support services for the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems, he said.
