Viack Corp. has won a five-year, $50 million contract from the Treasury Department's Administrative Resource Center to provide an electronic meeting service solution to its FedSource operation, the company announced today.

Under the contract, Viack of Scottsdale, Ariz., will provide its VIA3 Secure E-meeting Service and related technologies for distribution throughout the federal government through FedSource. FedSource provides federal agencies with services such as document management, human resources, project support, financial management and auditing, professional security and facility management, IT equipment and projects, and management advisory services.

Viack's software provides federal agencies with a tool to communicate privately with each other by audio, video and information sharing via a data network. It is expected to help federal agencies save money on travel and conference calls, the company said.

The software also supports the Bush administration's e-government mandates for all federal agencies, the company said.
