Alfred Grasso has been promoted to senior vice president and director of the command, control, communications and intelligence Federally Funded Research and Development Center operated for the Defense Department by Mitre Corp., McLean, Va. Grasso will manage all of Mitre's C3I work and focus on assimilation across service and agency systems and programs to achieve goals in areas such as network-centric operations.
