Former 8(a)s merge

Dimensions International Inc. has acquired Sentel Corp., creating a company that will have more than $100 million in annual revenue.

Both Alexandria, Va., companies are graduates of the 8(a) program for minority small businesses. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Dimensions International provides information integration, logistics management and air space management support to the U.S. military, federal agencies, commercial and international clients. Sentel has expertise in test engineering, software development, electromagnetics engineering and chemical-biological agent defense.
