Abacus Technology Corp., Chevy Chase, Md., won a $10.7 million task order to supply technology enhancements for security systems at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland.

American Management Systems Inc. of Fairfax, Va., won a $24 million order from the Justice Department for enterprise resource planning software for the agency's Unified Financial Management System.

Anteon International Corp., Fairfax, Va., won a 12-year, $325 million contract for program management, integrated logistics, financial management, new construction outfitting and life-cycle support for Naval Sea Systems Command surface ships.

BAE Systems Information and Electronics Warfare Systems, Nashua, N.H., won contracts totaling $170 million from the Army and Air Force. It won a five-year, $111 million ? $250 million if all options are exercised ? deal from the Army Communication and Electronics Command to supply thermal weapon sights for soldiers. Three follow-on contracts worth $59 million are from the Air Force for weapon systems upgrades to the EC-130H Compass Call aircraft.

Cubic Defense Applications Inc. of San Diego won a $2.2 million, six-month contract from the Air Force to provide support and equipment for air combat training missions. If all nine one-year options are exercised, the deal could be worth $54 million.

L-3 Communications Corp. of New York won two five-year contracts totaling $84 million to continue to provide the Army Communications-Electronics Command with tactical communications and satellite communications software engineering support. The company also won a $25 million subcontract from Rockwell Collins Inc. to upgrade mission systems on the Navy's E-6B aircraft fleet.

Lockheed Martin Corp. of Bethesda, Md., won a $73 million contract from the Marine Corps to provide three KC-130J Weapon Systems Trainers to train crews of the KC-130J, a medium-sized transport and tanker used for airlift and aerial refueling operations of tactical aircraft and helicopters.

ManTech International Corp., Fairfax, Va., won a five-year, $22.5 million contract from the National Security Agency to provide engineering and maintenance support for mission computer-based systems and communications equipment, and specialized training for government personnel.

Maximus Inc., Reston, Va., won new contracts totaling $13.3 million from the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System and Kentucky Education and Michigan Management and Budget departments to provide health-related services to students.

Unisys Corp., Blue Bell, Pa., won a five-year blanket task order worth up to $345 million from the Defense Department's Counterintelligence Field Activity. The first job under the task order, worth about $11 million, is to manage delivery and installation of technology and implementation of processes for technology infrastructure.
