FOSE delivers the goods

The annual FOSE show drew nearly 19,000 information technology professionals from business and government to see firsthand the new technologies and solutions being delivered to federal, state and local government agencies.

More that 500 vendors showed off hardware, software and solutions at FOSE, the largest IT exposition serving the government market. Attendees at the show, held March 23-25 at the Washington Convention Center, also heard top industry and government leaders discuss the latest technology trends and policy developments in government.

Among the featured speakers were: John Chambers, chief executive of Cisco Systems Inc.; Stephen Rohleder, chief executive of Accenture Ltd.'s government operating group; and Clay Johnson, deputy director in the Office of Management and Budget.

FOSE is produced by PostNewsweek Tech Media, publisher of Washington Technology.
