Representatives of the Defense Department and the Defense Information Systems Agency accept a "Top 5" award for their Federal Technical Data Solution.

Representatives of the Department of Health and Human Services accept a "Top 5" award for the National Practitioner Data Bank and Healthcare Integrity and Protection Data Bank.

Representatives of the Small Business Administration accept a "Top 5" award for the BusinessLaw.gov Web site.

Representatives of Homeland Security and FEMA accept a "Top 5" award for their disaster management Web site.
