AT&T Government Solutions in Vienna, Va., has named
Ken Bianchi as chief financial officer. Bianchi comes to AT&T from a stint as vice president and controller at global telecom company Intelsat Ltd.
Terry Glasgow joined IT systems engineering and integration company
NCI Information Systems Inc. as executive vice president for federal programs. He'll be responsible for NCI's Army, Navy and intelligence agency business. Glasgow will also be deputy chief operating officer of Reston, Va.-NCI.

Retired Air Force
Brig. Gen. Walter Jones has joined the federal systems group of Islandia, N.Y.-based
Computer Associates International Inc. as director of strategic planning and transformation. Jones, who retired as director of C4 systems, and chief information officer for the U.S. Joint Forces Command in Norfolk, Va., will direct government strategic planning initiatives for CA's Herndon, Va.-based federal division.
