CDW-G to acquire NASA contract

CDW Government Inc. is acquiring a division of T3 Corp. that holds a large NASA information technology contract.

In the deal, CDW-G, a unit of CDW Corp. of Vernon Hills, Ill., acquires Fairmont, W.Va.-based T3's scientific IT products division. The division holds the NASA Scientific and Engineering Workstation Procurement III contract, known as SEWP III, a governmentwide contract held by 22 companies.
