McNeil Tech buys consultancy

	McNeil Technologies Inc., Springfield, Va., has bought Chapel Hill, N.C.-based Research and Evaluation Associates Inc., which offers services to state and federal agencies. Terms of the cash deal were not available.

McNeil Technologies Inc., Springfield, Va., has bought Chapel Hill, N.C.-based Research and Evaluation Associates Inc., which offers services to state and federal agencies. Terms of the cash deal were not available.

Jack Dulan, chief financial officer of McNeil Technologies, said the company expects to see $7.5 million in additional annual revenue from the deal.

Research and Evaluation Associates clients include the Labor Department, supporting a call center for Job Corps, a national job-training program for at-risk youths.
