Nev. case management system

The Nevada court system needs a new management system for cases and documents. The state Information Technology Department is managing the procurement of a system that will be used by the Department of Administration Hearings and Appeals Division, Nevada district courts and the Nevada Supreme Court.

The case management module will need to maintain client and case-specific data. Information will need to be maintained on scheduling, case compliance and advice contacts. The integrated document management module will need to manage case documents, including automated draft documents, check-in and check-out document collaboration and version controls and storage and retrieval. Imaging and scanning also will be part of the system. The RFP is expected in January.
