Pair Share Billion-Dollar Prize

Northrop Grumman Corp. and ITEL Solutions each won contracts worth a combined $2.8 billion to provide software and systems engineering support to the Communications-Electronics Command Software Engineering Center.

Northrop Grumman Corp. and ITEL Solutions each won contracts worth a combined $2.8 billion to provide software and systems engineering support to the Communications-Electronics Command Software Engineering Center.

The information technology division of Northrop Grumman, Los Angeles, received a five-year contract worth more than $702.6 million, with an
estimated total of $1.45 billion over five years.

ITEL Solutions, an ILEX Telos joint venture based in Shrewsbury, N.J., was awarded a base-year contract worth $627 million, with an estimated total of $1.38 billion over five years.

The two companies will support the center in developing and maintaining communications, command and control, intelligence, electronic warfare, sensors, avionics systems and other IT systems, and associated support requirements.
