Dynamics Research Corp., Andover, Mass., won a contract worth up to $10 million to support the modeling and simulation of repair projects for the Navy.

The five-year contract with the Naval Aviation Systems Industrial Operations Office will provide modeling and simulation expertise to naval aviation depots so they may rapidly assess repair processes and identify operational improvements to cut repair time and costs.

Immediately following the contract announcement, the Navy awarded Dynamics Research approximately $2.5 million in new task orders to support depots in Jacksonville, Fla., and Cherry Point, N.C.
